Just Artisan is a marketplace of 500+ independent makers and artists. JustArtisan features handmade products (much like Etsy in its early days.) Artists can get started for free and upload unlimited artwork or products. Artists pay only when they make a sale. Checkout is provided through PayPal and Stripe.

Cost:

7.5% transaction fee when a sale is made. There is an opportunity to lower the transaction fee to 4.5% if you pay a monthly fee of $5.00.
